We Can tailor our offering to each and every event, but our core menu of cocktails & mocktails includes a range of classics, as well as Lucky Pineapple twists made with fresh fruit purees & homemade syrups, cordials & shrubs.
From edible gold to gorgeous seasonal fruits and flowers - all the little details ensure that our drinks hit that photo worthy sweet spot, as well as taste exceptionaL.

We offer an end-to-end service experience, flexible to your party needs. From welcome drinks & Toasts, where we can circulate serving your guests on trays - right through to a party around the Pineapple, with lights, music & guests ordering from the bar.

There are three aspects we consider when quoting for your event;


    There is a hire fee - starting from £300 - for hire of our lucky Pineapple bars (trailer or pop-up) - both renowned for their show stopping design and high quality finish. the bars not only add a stunning styling element to your event, but the gold finishes of both sparkle in sunlight as well as reflecting off neon lights for a soft glow in the evening - adding to your perfect party atmosphere.
    they are photo worthy props to wow and amaze your guests.

  2. Minimum spends

    A minimum spend deposit or spend per head - starting from £1500 - Is to be paid in advance of your party simply to cover our backs on the bar spend. it is set dependent on number of guests, if we are the sole provider of boozy delights, or how far we have to travel to your party. After that, there’s a few options on how this is ultimately paid for;

    • Cash/card Bar

    If you wish for guests to pay for drinks from our reasonably priced menu for the DURATION OF THE EVENT we can run a fully cash/card bar service. the minimum spend deposit is required, but WE WILL REFUND it TO YOU following the event, if and when it has been met.

    • MIX IT UP

    THIS ARRANGEMENT MEANS THAT YOU CAN PRE-PAY FOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DRINKS FOR YOUR GUESTS before moving the bar over to a cash/card bar where guests pay-as-they-go. Ask us about our pre-paid package deals to get your party started!

    • TAB BAR

    This is when you are footing the bar bill for the duration of your event. We will work with you to set an agreed minimum spend per head that offers you some great value on the cost of drinks.

    3. mileage costs

    we will travel anywhere for a great party, but please note that there is a 0.50p-£1 per mile round trip fee from our base in East Sussex, TN21.
